Cobblers Lofts at Brewers Hill Commons reflects a true urban concept. Starting with on trend concept of taking something old and re-purpose it in to something chic and cool. Cobblers was an original shoe factory which was converted into a unique urban community in the great Popular Brewers Hill Area. This is where living is all about conveniences and maximizing ones daily life close to the entertainment , restaurants, campuses and the lakefront it offers that urban walk ability that so many people desire. The Cobblers is also pet-friendly which is not and easy find in condo living. With a great green area north of the complex to hangout with the furry family members. (which is even rarer) So whether your the type to grab your bike and head down to the lakefront or have friends over to enjoy on the stunning social deck with views for miles your sure to find more life choices and bright days here.
You can really picture life here when you read the thoughts of the seller of one of these great condo's (relocation only makes this opportunity available)
"I love the proximity to Brady St, Water St and downtown cultural events. When we go to the symphony at the PAC, we are home before some folks even make it out of the parking ramp.
We can walk to our favorite restaurants and coffee shops.
The availability of Metro Market, Whole Foods, and Beans and Barley in our neighborhood gives us easy access to healthy and gourmet foods.
We are within walking distance of several churches and parishes, many of which host free recitals in addition to regular religious services.
The rooftop deck is like having our own patio in the midst of downtown. Fireworks, outdoor BBQs, relaxing with coffee at sunrise (my husband’s time) or sunset (my time), even star gazing in the middle of the city is amazing.
We are less than a mile from In Vivo Fitness, a fabulous small gym, yoga studio, and integrative health facility on Humboldt. Close to Schlitz Park Campus, Cardinal Stritch downtown campus and of course UWM, Marquette, MSOE
Our condo is so tucked in and cozy—on rainy or snowy days, I feel completely wrapped in comfort. When the sun is shining, it streams into our huge windows and lights up the place.
Our kitchen is large enough for two to cook, but convenient enough to reach every thing in a couple of steps. The high ceilings wooden beams and exposed brick make a beautiful loft atmosphere. I love having the side entrance as our private entryway to the condo. The historic nature of the Cobblers Loft and the shoe district as well as historic Brewers’ Hill make a winning combination.
